Some of my football shirts were removed by another party claiming to own rights to certain words. We lose words from the dictionary all the time by people registering words as trademarks then threatening to file suits against us small time artists. It is a shame we are losing words like that and my art too. I assume one day all the words will be gone and no one can use them in art. I think Conress should look into the abuse of registering trademarks just to make a buck and stop artists from creating art.
