In the street language of Metro New Orleans people who speak the dialect are called 'YATs" from use of the slang phrase, " Where Ya At". The attitude of those same people is apparent, love of food, drink, friends, family, and neighborhood. A few are transplants to keep the gene poll going so we love them all especially the ones who settled in new after the storm. Be proud you 'YAT' old and new.

Jazz Fest Marching Band Peoples

/marching_band_tshirt-2

I've been doodling a bunch of funny marching people for Jazz Fest decorations. My buddy Elliot Shushan may want me to put some on hats to sell for Fest. I got them in all sorts of shapes and instruments. Look like real people you see on Music Street.
