Boiling is the traditional way of cooking blue crabs in the South: Bring a large pot of salted and seasoned water to a vigorous boil over high heat. in a propane cooker. Like the ones to fry turkey. Add a little sliced lemon, corn and potatoes. Try the "REX" season pack with directions on package., then toss in your blue crabs and boil for 8-10 minutes. On the other hand…steam them. And add the season on the outside. Sprinkle a lot of "Old Bay" on them while hot.
