Crawfish, Crawdad, Mudbugs, it is almost time to boil 'em-

Unlike the disputes over crabs with to steam or to boil everyone agrees boiling crawfish in well seasoned water is the way to go. Add in corn, potatoes, and garlic, or sausage and any veggie you like makes for a meal. Seems the crawfish boil is world wide now with Ikea sponsoring them in Europe and USA. Party hats, shirts, decorations are the thing in Europe but the emphasis here in the Gulf Coast of the USA is food and eating over decorations.
