Bobby the Bartender at Cosmos in the French Quarter in the late 1960's was more than a mixologist, he made drinks out of this world, thus was born "Cosmixologist". The term was used for him alone until he moved to San Francisco. Later he returned but never again did we have the original "Cosmixologist" back in his old spot in the Quarter.
