Girls Raised In The South is a copyrighted phrase and use of it must be by approval. I ran into this problem early on in designing t-shirts because I have many designs of GRITS but not the one that is copyrighted, just I like GRITS for breakfast. The company with the copyright then objected to my use of GRITS until I squarked back that I had GRITS on my shirts and bibs since childhood. Finally my I Love Grits, and Grits are for lovers shirts were OK. So I say Just Kiss My Grits-
